Establishment has been around Sydney for years, its one of those bars that is still very popular with many Sydneysiders. I’ve been here numerous times over the years and although I initially never really warmed up to this bar, these days I actually don’t mind it.

Many people would agree with me that it’s rather over rated, the crowd is usually in business suits, and reasonably well dressed. It’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but I still recommend you check this place out and be your own judge.

The atmosphere is pretty good and always lively. Between Thursdays to Sunday, this place can get really busy so if you want to go for a drink and a little boogey.

Music here is quite good, you get a bit of everything from Pop, Hip Hop, House, Electro and many other genres of music. They also organise Salsa every Tuesday night, so if you’ve got the moves join other dancers for some Salsa fun!

During the day this bar can also be a good place to go for a feed, the Thai restaurant here is fantastic. There’s also a Japanese restaurant  that does good sushi called Sushi-E, the foods fresh and very inventive. However it does come with a expensive price tag.
